Apply online
Complete the online enrollment form during the first week of March.
Upload documents
Birth certificate, photo, immunization record and more.
Pay application fee
$200 non-refundable fee per child.
Admission assessment
Mandatory for all grades K–12; schedule your slot.
Application review
Our admissions officer reviews applications in mid-April.
Final results
Shared after the assessment review, around end of May / early June.
What you’ll

Have these ready before you start your online application. It makes the process quicker for everyone.
- Birth certificate or official document showing the child’s full name, date of birth and parent name
- Passport-sized student photo
- Immunization record or waiver
- Health assessment form signed by a doctor
- Parent IDs and custodial / guardianship documentation if applicable
- Legal custody documentation if parents are divorced
- IEP and/or 504 plans if applicable

Every applicant completes an assessment so we can understand how your child learns and place them where they will thrive.

Placement is based on the National Percentile Rank (NPR) from the admission assessment.

When do applications open?
Applications open during the first week of March for the 2026–2027 school year.
Is the admissions assessment required?
Yes. All students from K to 12 complete the assessment before a decision is made.
Do you offer financial support?
Yes: the Opportunity Scholarship Program and the IIA Scholarship, plus the Intellicor Sponsorship Fund.
